El Encanto del Sur – An incredible place to call home! One of our favorite places in Nicaragua, El Encanto del Sur. An expansive gated community spread over 450 acres with six different phases. An incredible place to call home in our peaceful beachside paradise!
In an effort to help our local community we will be donating 300 pounds of beans, 300 pounds of rice, 300 pounds of sugar, and 50 liters of cooking oil. With these supplies we have created 32 packages of food that will go to local families in need to make sure those who are without can have food on their table. In reality, this is a small dent in the large amount of families that have been affected in our community via reduced wages, loss jobs, shuttered businesses, and overall life changing economic times.
